Course Information

This course is currently under review by our assessment team. It will be available from December 15th 2017

Learning more about the benefits of yoga is beneficial not only to someone who would like to excel in the salutary applications of yoga, or to a teacher who just wants to safely aid students who have challenges in a general yoga class, but also for an individual student who wants to learn more about his/her own special needs and how to address them for a safe and rewarding yoga practice.

A person who is practicing Yoga as a remedy for specific conditions must understand the reason for this practice. It is not important that the pose should be perfect in order to get its benefit but more important is the awareness of the body and attitude.

Yoga is science of life, it offers us simple, easy remedies and techniques and methods of health and hygiene to assure physical and mental fitness with a minimum of time, effort and expense. It is the common sense answer to overall physical and mental fitness. Basically yoga is a system of physical and mental self-improvement and final liberation, that people have been using for thousands of years.
