Unlike other techniques, Holistic Meditation® involves no religion believes, chanting, mantras or concentration, contemplation or control of the mind. This makes it easy to learn and enjoyable to practice.
What Types of Meditation does Holistic Meditation® cover?
The Programme focus on a single method and approach for the integrated development of the self from the basal level. It embraces the energy, mind, and body - the three constituents of a complete being. Holistic Meditation® is appropriate for anyone, beginner or experienced, a simple, direct method designed closely to Holistic Specifications mind and spirit with nothing added.
Who is this course for?
For individuals wishing to become meditators and instruct others in meditation techniques. It's a practical, hands-on course in how to meditate.
Delivery Format: Correspondence (Training Manual PDF colour printable) delivered via secure server. There are no videos or audio's for this course.
Enrolments: Open all year round.
Completion Time: Approximately eight weeks (16/20 hours study and self-practice time) depending on the individual’s personal and professional commitments. If the course cannot be completed within the fixed time, extra time can be purchase (included in the fees).
Requirements: To receive Certificate of successful completion, students are required to sit the online theory test. The test consist of 50 Questions: Multiple and True False Choice. Pass Mark: Minimum 82%.

To protect the public from false or misleading claims, in order to receive the certificate of course completion it is “mandatory” for all graduates to provide a digital photo (headshot) of themselves for the online directory: HM Teachers Directory Failure to comply, will result in the certificate not being issued and all monies paid lost.

Prerequisites:This course is open to complete beginners or existing meditators, no previous experience required to enrol.
Professional Insurance Liability: This is an insurable course allowing you to teach meditation to the general public.
Yoga Alliance Australia RYTs Continuing Education Requirements: Valid to accrue 10 non-contact hour.
Accreditation: Yoga Alliance International® and Complementary Medical Association UK accredited worldwide.
Professional Membership: Complementary Medical Association UK (CMA) and lifetime listing on the Yoga Alliance Australia online directory.
