The CEAS, or Continuing Education Accredited School a designation inclusive of Specialty designations: RPYS/RCYS/YIN/SENIOR YOGA, is designed for ALL kind of Experts with long experience, extensive knowledge, degree or a diploma in specific fields of expertise.
The CEAS is available FREE of charge with ALL RYSs applications or can be applied for as a stand-alone product by ERYTs, RYTs and non-yoga individuals members and non-members of the association to set themselves apart and provide Yoga Alliance worldwide recognised courses that qualifies as Continuing Education hours for RYTs or other category of professionals.
Any non-yoga person doing the CEAS courses can join our online Registry as an “Associate Member” for only $ 80 a year.
Registration is open to ALL kind of Experts, RYTs, ERYTs members and non-members of the association and non-yoga individuals with long experience, extensive knowledge, degree or a diploma in specific areas of expertise.
Applicants MUST met the registration requirements and supplement the documents below listed. *A minimum of two CE Units MUST be accredited, documents are accepted PDF only. *The subjects may be chosen by the school based on their program’s focus.
Copy of the business certificate (Company/Sole Trader/Sole Proprietor).* Australian applicants MUST provide evidence of business registration (ABN/CAN).
RYTs Member of the Association MUST supply a degree, diploma or evidence of proven long experience in a specific field of expertise and MUST first register as an “Expert Teacher”.
RYTs and ERTYs/Senior teachers Non Members of the Association and individuals with a degree, diploma or evidence of proven long experience in a specific field of expertise MUST first apply for “Expert Teacher” status and MUST supply a registration certificate with other yoga organisations.* If NOT registered with any organisations please contact us.
ERYTs Member of the Association MUST supply the Registry ID number on their certificate of registration.* If NOT registered with any organisations please contact us.
Continuing Education Programs applied for format (e.g.seminar/workshop/retreat/in-house course).
A 300 words maximum Synopsys (concise description) of each unit specifying the topics covered.
Non Specialty courses MUST incorporate minimum 20 hours.
Specialty courses such as RCYS/RPYS/YIN/SENIOR MUST incorporate a minimum of 50 hours (90% contact hours).
To save on the accreditation FEE, providers can deliver 20 or more hours in one session or can break down the programs/seminar/retreat into multiple session/level/format.
Copy Student’s certificate of training completion (the certificate students will receive at the end of the course).
